Shipping policy

All of our terrain is printed in the USA and ships from our US workshop.

Processing times

• In-stock items ship within a few business days of your order.
• Made-to-order items (such as full-color foldable terrain sets) are printed when you order them — please allow roughly 1–2 weeks for production before shipment. The product page will note when an item is made to order.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

United States

$5 flat-rate economy shipping on every US order, no matter how large.

International

We ship to most countries in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. International options are shown at checkout:

• Economy International — flat rate by order weight, from $10 (up to 1 lb) to $50 (over 4 lb).
• USPS and DHL Express — carrier-calculated rates for faster delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged, goes missing in transit, or you entered the wrong address, contact us at support@tabletopplastic.com and we will make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
